Joint Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Ordinance for Mount Carmel Township, Kulpmont Borough, and Marion Heights Borough
The Township of Mount Carmel and the Boroughs of Kulpmont and Marion Heights are in the process of developing a Joint Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Ordinance to cover all three municipalities. Perhaps the most important aspect of this process is community participation. Understanding the community’s values, including where the public feels the municipality is succeeding or lacking, will help the municipalities determine where to focus more attention and funding.
The following survey contains 26 questions about life in the region, including topics regarding quality of life, public facilities and services, natural and environmental resources, parks and recreation, and transportation. Please be prepared to dedicate the time to filling out this form completely, as your feedback is vitally important.
